Life has been a bit hectic lately and, well, i don’t think its slowing down anytime soon… but i wanted to tell you about something fun i got to do & something fun i’m going to do!!! I had the opportunity to shoot with Kristi Hedberg of Krsiti Hedburg Photography in Asheville, North Carolina. And, All i can say, is that i hope some of her grace and knowledge rubbed off on me. She was AMAZING to watch work, and i learned so much… and she’ll see me at her doorstep more than a time or two if i have anything to say about it. Although, i think she needs to make a trip to Blacksburg next
. Also, i’ll be out of pocket mostly this week. I’m traveling to Salt Lake City to a Photography Workshop and i’m oooohhh soooooo excited to go work with about 20 other photographers…. I’ll share when i return!
But before i go, i wanted to share a couple of images from that afternoon of urban shooting… and yes, the first shot is urban. Its from an overgrown field right next to train tracks… and a huge bridge in downtown Asheville!

So more later!! OH — and I had an AWESOME shoot this weekend with a wonderful family from Charlottesville. The kind of family that you can tell just really enjoy eachother… and enjoy life. They were a TREAT so i’ll have images to share from their session soon too!
