Unfinished Business || Blacksburg Virginia Family Portraits

We had to cut this session short…. i caused an allergy attack. and i felt bad.

There was this field.  This AMAZINGLY beautiful stunningly wonderful field.  And we simply *had* to take pictures in it.  I mean, it was in this family’s back yard.  How could we NOT?

We stopped after lots of sneezes and itchy eyes from grass pollen (did i mention i felt terrible????) — and we will finish it up soon.  And i sincerely hope that mom and dad love the images in this field.   So i’ll share one.

But first.. you have to meet their little guys.  Brothers who like to play with trucks and get dirty (i actually promised to take pictures in the mud when we finish the session).  i mean, that’s how these boys ‘see’ themselves.  we MUST get muddy pictures!!!

I’ll be back soon!  And sorry my blog is being somewhat neglected….  Its reflective of just how busy i’ve been!  I’ll have a couple engagement session peeks coming up next!!

Thanks so much guys! And Sarah — that shot is ALL about the light. I have to think that clients are always silently laughing at me “looking for the right light”. And well on that shot… i found it ;) .
