The Connections We Make || Southwestern Virginia Family Photography

Sometimes connections are made the long way around…

This sweet family, who lives about an hour from my house, came to me via an organization out west.  You might remember Makenzie — an amazing little girl i got to work with last spring through the Littlest Hero’s Project (who, by the way, are updating their website so i cannot link you there… AND Mak is doing great and taking over the 2nd grade!).   Anyway,  the family from this session are good friends with Mak and her mom…  So it took an organization from out west to connect me to someone in my own back yard!   And whichever way  the connection was made,  I’m glad it was because they were such a fun real family.

Here is a peek from their session… but they don’t get many to peek at as their slideshow is only hours behind this post!  And i have to start with their handsome little man…

Stephie and I had soo much fun too! We are planning a day trip to Blacksburg to bring all of our friends to that beautiful park.

Oh yeah, and we had to sing some Hannah Montana on the way home just for you. :)

Good Luck in NY, remember to “act ridiculous” in front of the camera.
