And meeting Mr. G and his parents was *absolutely* an honor.   Their sense of humor, the intimate nature of their family…. was unique and beautiful.  I enjoyed every minute i was there.  And i adore the moments we captured…

And i can’t share from this session without mentioning the dogs.  Because they were funny and fun, and i might just have to invite myself back over and do a dogs only session.  Oh, and they have 5 dogs.  And the last one they got wanna know what they call him?  One Dog Too Many.  Um, I’ve laughed about that many times since i left their home.  And One Dog Too Many is featured below (and i do think he has a proper name… .

I have been HERE!!! Just flying under the blog radar. Bad, i know. And i’m sorry! I’ve had a lot going on, some fabulous some not so fabulous… but i’ve been working as usual and going to try to put blogging a little higher on the “to do” list, lol…. I was honored to photograph this tiny girl and her mama  (who is a fabulous photographer in town — Hi Natalie!) and i may have made her wait longer than i should have for this peek.  But i know she’s been busy staring at the new little life she created.  ::sigh::   And i have to start with one of my absolute fav’s…

First — a sweet one year old whom I’ve had the privilege of working with before!  She was *such* a doll as a newborn, and… well, equally as wonderful as a one year old! Miss O was so patient and content and i got SPOILED!  Oh, her sweet cheeks and… those eyes…

And it was SUCH a joy meeting the S Family – and their little man was such as little character!  The weather was not working for us when we started shooting in the morning (hello never lifting fog) so we split the session up between the morning and afternoon — and it made for such a sweet session.  I was able to capture lots of sweet moments with this family — and if you know me — i am ALL about the moments… cause thats what its alllllllll about…

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!    I have the privilege of shooting the Virginia Tech Relay for Life tonite and then I’m off to Nashville with my girls for a visit with my brother and his family!  I think this might be my 45.9th weekend straight traveling.  Maybe.

I have known and worked with this family for many years with their beautiful daughter (Hi Miss B!!), and had the privilege to photograph their brand new edition a couple of weeks ago.   Baby G was about 6 weeks old when i met him, and he was just as sweet and wonderful to me as his sister was when i met her at 6 weeks old!  Thanks to their parents for making the trek from Richmond to work with me, and thanks to Nana for allowing me to infringe on Sunday lunch!  And here is a peek at their sweet family…
